Credit card and banking fees for customer payments to Visit Cambridge Ltd are borne by Visit Cambridge Ltd. Credit card and banking fees for payment transfers to the supplier will be borne as follows:

Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
Limitation Of Liability
In no event shall VisitCambridge Ltd, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
We shall not assume any liability whatsoever as a result of the early termination of the Activity by the supplier due to inappropriate conduct by you or as a consequence of any of the foregoing.
If you cause any damage, you are to reimburse the full cost of the damage caused to the person and/or entity to whom said damage may have been caused. In addition, you indemnify us for the full amount of any claims presented against us by any third parties as a consequence of said damage.
If, due to any cause, the supplier is not able to fulfil the activity you have booked, we shall not assume any liability other than Visit Cambridge Ltd will retain the liability of carrying out the corresponding reimbursement, if any is properly due. The supplier shall be solely liable for any damages that may be derived as a consequence of the foregoing.
Disclaimer
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk and will contract with the supplier in relation to this. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
We and all our subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements. If a revision is material we will attempt to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service. Cancellations by the customer As a customer, you can always cancel and Visit Cambridge Ltd may partly or fully refund you according to the terms set out below. A confirmed reservation can be cancelled by a customer at any time up to the moment of the actual event. When cancelled 7 days or more before the actual event, 100% of the paid amount will be refunded to the customer. In this case no payment will be made to the supplier.
When cancelled less than 7 days before the actual event, no refund will be issued to the customer, but the supplier will still get their money. As far as legally possible, statutory cancellation possibilities are exempt from these regulations. Cancellations by the supplier The supplier may cancel the contract only if unforeseeable or unavoidable external circumstances make it impossible, significantly impede or compromise the carrying out of the service. The supplier is obliged to inform the participating customers as early as possible and process the cancellation through our customer support service.
If cancelled by the supplier, the customer will get a 100% refund from Visit Cambridge Ltd. A confirmed reservation can be cancelled by a supplier at any time up to the moment of the actual event. In this case, the customer will get a 100% refund. In this case, no payments are made to the supplier.
